Gilmar offers you this house located in the centre of Jerez de la Frontera. It was completely refurbished in 2006, preserving all the original elements that were possible, such as hydraulic floors, ceilings with exposed wooden beams, interior arches, exposed stone walls, etc. What could not be preserved has been replaced by others that maintain the essence of the original house. This, in turn, communicates with another larger solarium terrace with artificial grass, chilaut area and small swimming pool. From this roof terrace there is access to the lookout tower. The views from these two areas are spectacular, as you can see the city in 360º, the Alcázar of Jerez, and the churches of San Marcos, San Mateo, El Carmen, San Dionisio etc.
